In short
- Only devices listed as tested are verified.
- Compatibility should be confirmed before purchase/deployment.
- Using a common standard does not guarantee that a device works.
This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
Tested and documented
The hardware compatibility centre separates how each product works with a kind of device (from its documentation), specific models tested in real use, and what is not supported. A model is listed as tested only with a record of the test. No specific models are published as tested yet.
Unverified hardware
Compatibility should be confirmed before purchase/deployment.
A device that uses a common connection or standard, such as USB, Bluetooth, a Windows printer driver or keyboard-style barcode input, is not guaranteed to work as you expect with our software. Drivers, settings, firmware and the device itself all affect the result.
What we do not promise
We do not promise that every point-of-sale terminal, receipt or label printer, barcode scanner, cash drawer, payment terminal, scale, display or computer will work with our software. This website does not list any payment terminal as compatible.
Test before you rely on it
Before you buy hardware or start using it in your business, test it with the product and version you will use, or ask us about the exact make and model.
Hardware from others
Hardware bought from someone else is covered by that seller’s and manufacturer’s terms and warranty, not by our Refund Policy.
