This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what applies.
The 15-day refund window
Customers may request a refund within 15 days of purchase, subject to the applicable product, licence, subscription, payment-channel, promotional and usage terms set out in this policy and in your order.
The 15 days start on the date of purchase shown on your payment confirmation or invoice. Whether a renewal payment is treated as a new purchase for this purpose is set out in your order; ask us before you buy if this matters to you.
What eligibility depends on
Each request is assessed against:
- Product type: the product and plan you bought.
- Licence activation: whether the software has been installed or activated under the licence.
- Usage: the extent to which the software has been used in your business.
- Promotional pricing: any conditions that came with a discount or offer.
- Payment method or channel: the rules of the provider or bank you paid through.
- Applicable legal requirements.
If part of a request is eligible and part is not, we will explain which and why.
How to request a refund
Within 15 days of purchase, contact us through the form (choose “Billing, refund or cancellation”), by email at support@chamerondigital.com, or on WhatsApp +91 70061 12202 (opens WhatsApp). Include:
- your business name and the email or phone number used for the purchase;
- the product and plan;
- the invoice or payment reference;
- the reason for the request.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back through the original payment method or channel where possible. The time a refund takes to reach you depends on that payment channel and your bank. We will tell you when we have issued it.
What a refund means for the licence
When a purchase is refunded, the licence for the period it paid for ends, and the software must no longer be used under it. Data you entered stays in your own environment; use the product’s export or backup tools if you need a copy. See the Software Licence.
What this policy does not cover
- Hardware, devices or third-party services you bought from someone else, even if you use them with our software.
- Charges made by your bank or payment provider.
Refunds and cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; it is not by itself a refund request. See the Cancellation Policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
