The monthly price is a subscription to use the software under its licence. BILL OS and DINE OS are installed on a computer at your business; they are not hosted online services. What each plan includes, such as the number of stores, counters or devices, is confirmed with you before you pay.
Are taxes included?

Does my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. Subscriptions may automatically renew at the applicable renewal price unless cancelled before the renewal date. See the Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms.
Can I cancel?
Yes, before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access you have already paid for until the end of that period. See the Cancellation Policy.
Can I get a refund?
