How to export BILL OS reports to Excel or CSV, the GST summary workbook and GSTR-1 CSV, and the Tally XML file.
Excel and CSV
Every report downloads as Excel, with numbers kept as numbers and a totals row, or as CSV. Use the export buttons on the Reports screen.
GST files
A GST summary workbook and a GSTR-1 CSV in the layout of the GST offline tool. Your accountant checks and files them; BILL OS does not file returns.
Tally XML
A Tally XML file of sales and receipt vouchers, with ledger names you set. Import it into a copy of your Tally company first to check it before using it on your live books.
