BILL OS · Customers and loyalty
Customers, credit and loyalty in one record
Who owes what should not depend on one person’s memory. BILL OS keeps each customer’s bills, dues and points together, and reminds them when you choose.
How it works
Step by step, and why each step matters.
Each step says what the software does, then what it means for your business.
- 01
Every customer, one record
Each customer has their bills, balance and loyalty points in one place, found by mobile number at the counter.
Answers at the counter come from the record, not from memory.
- 02
Credit and reminders
Leave part of a bill on credit. Send a WhatsApp reminder by hand, or turn on automatic reminders (sent between 10:00 and 19:00, with daily limits). A reminder is rebuilt from the current balance, and dropped if the customer has paid.
Dues are collected without awkward phone calls, and nobody is reminded about money already paid.
- 03
Loyalty points
Per-store rules: customers earn on each bill and redeem at the till as a discount priced on the server. Cancelling a bill reverses its points.
Repeat customers are rewarded consistently, and points cannot be gamed at the counter.
- 04
Offers and salespeople
Promo codes at the till, offers for one customer or a customer type, and sales credited to a salesperson with commission.
Promotions and incentives are recorded on the bill, ready for reports.
Worth knowing
The details that matter.
Customers can opt out
A customer can opt out of reminders.
Honest about WhatsApp
By default BILL OS links a WhatsApp number the way WhatsApp Web does. That is not an official Meta service, and WhatsApp can restrict numbers that use automation. Billing never waits for a message.
Questions
About customers, credit and loyalty.
Does a failed WhatsApp message stop a sale?
No. Messages are queued and retried; a sale completes whether or not WhatsApp is connected.
