BILL OS · Reports and exports
Every number from your live records
Reports read the same records the counter writes, so the owner sees today while there is still time to act, and the accountant gets files they can use.
How it works
Step by step, and why each step matters.
Each step says what the software does, then what it means for your business.
- 01
Pick a report
Sales, profit, salespeople, customer outstanding, product sales, sizes and colours, payment methods, inventory, reorder list, margins and dead stock.
Decisions use real numbers, not estimates.
- 02
Export it
Every report downloads as Excel (numbers stay numbers, with a totals row) or CSV. There is also a GST summary workbook.
Your accountant gets clean files, not screenshots.
- 03
Send to Tally
A Tally XML file of sales and receipt vouchers, with ledger names you set. Every voucher balances. Try it on a copy of your Tally company first.
Less re-typing into the books.
- 04
Review Guardian
Guardian reads your records and lists what is worth a second look: cancelled bills, big discounts, sales below cost, big refunds, short cash drawers, overdue credit, stock that may run out within a week and stock unsold for 90 days.
Problems surface while they are small. Each item links to the bills behind it.

Worth knowing
The details that matter.
Large shops stay quick
In our own benchmark on a generated shop with 1,000,000 bills and 500,000 customers, customer search by name took 13 milliseconds (median of five runs). Real shops and computers will vary.
Most items have an ordinary reason
Guardian does not accuse anyone. It shows what to check.
